Health Measures

Proof of Vaccination

We have no higher priority than your safety and health as we gather on October 21-22 in Scottsdale, AZ. We will follow the guidance of the CDC and all local requirements. While Arizona does not have a mask mandate at this time, we encourage attendees to be prepared to wear masks indoors. That said, we are working to move as much of the event outdoors as possible-including all meals and as many sessions as we can.

Every attendee is required to submit a proof of vaccination prior to attending the Symposium. A picture of your vaccination card must be uploaded here prior to the start of the Symposium (specific instructions to follow). Attendees, including Noodlers and guests, who do not submit proof of vaccination prior to the event will not be able to join the sessions or any part of the agenda. We strongly encourage all attendees to get tested prior to attending to confirm you are negative. And, we will have plenty of rapid tests on hand at the event.

The Noodle Symposium badge signifies the attendee has successfully verified vaccination proof- as such, badges are required to be worn at all times. If you are bringing a guest, you will be required to present their proof of vaccination upon registration before receiving your badge.
